Japan Research Links

E-mail Print PDF
Research links for Japan have been added to the Research page. There aren't very many links, so if you have any good resources, please send them to me! Even if you've finished your position papers, you can still use the research links to learn more about your country and its position on issues.

The delegate list for Japan has also been posted, in the Program section. If you want to see the list of delegates and their committees, you can check out that document.

One last thing: the calendar on the Program page is a very useful tool. It is updated often and is very accurate. If you want to know when and where we are meeting, along with what we are doing at the meeting, you can check out the calendar.

Meeting on 1/20

E-mail Print PDF
Hello everyone! Sorry to send this out so late, but for those of you not on Facebook, we're going to be having a meeting tomorrow, Tuesday January 20. It will be separate by country again. Both countries will probably meet in the same rooms as last time.

The following information is for Sri Lankan delegates only! Bring a folder or binder (binder is preferred) to the meeting tomorrow. This will be your Diplomatic Notebook. You can begin filling it with information now! For the meeting tomorrow, please print out this webpage and put it in your binder.

There are many other great resources for Sri Lankan delegates as well. On the Research page, you will find resources like the CIA World Factbook, Human Development Report, etc. These would be great for you to print out, but they are at least 10-15 pages in length, so they are optional for now. Our hope is to have everyone print them out eventually, but for now it's not a big deal.

Updated Website!

Hello, and welcome to the newly updated ISB Model UN website! We will use this website to publish news updates, share research links, and host the club calendar. For those new to the club, every time a news article is posted by an ambassador or president, you will receive an email notification.

Many things on the website have been updated. First, the Research page has been organized in a less confusing way. The ambassadors will be posting links for each country soon, so be looking for those. There are also general links for the Model UN program. If you have come across a good research website, please send the link to one of the ambassadors, so we can post it on the website!

The calendar is located on the Program page. Check this calendar for upcoming meetings and events. You can click on an event to see more information about it (if there is any information). On the second tab of the page, you can view a list of delegates and committees for each country.

This website is meant to help all members of the ISB Model UN club. If you have any suggestions or comments, please send them to Rishi at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
